Early on
I started an IT Firm way back in 1996 while still in high school and grew it to a trusted regional provider supporting Government, SMBs, Enterprises, and Residential Clients. After 28 years the universe felt I should switch gears, and my wife and I decided to sell and pursue a less intense lifestyle…….. one without frequent 16 hour days.
Current
My experience in both running a busy corporation, and delivering valued and relied upon services has equipped me to be an expert in: designing solutions, ensuring delivery of those solutions as promised, and making sure long term client productivity is always priority #1. Working at Kootenay Office Systems allows me to leverage (for my clients) an amazing locally based services team, local brick and mortar warehouses (with parts stocked locally to avoid supply chain issues), and the backup of over 80 other staff across 6 divisions throughout BC / Yukon.
